of the more than 25+ local wineries and 40 more within 20
minutes!

for a family or group getaway, it features 4 Bedrooms and
2 baths, a private pool, wood stove, TV & VCR, central
heating / air plus a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

for all seasons
There are numerous historic gold towns nearby that are full of
wonderful antique stores and museums. Visit the American River
in Coloma and pan for gold at the original gold discovery site
"Sutter’s Mill", or see the original Thomas Kinkade
Art Gallery in "Old Hangtown" (Placerville). Go white
water rafting in the summer or skiing in the winter, or plan a
trip to one of the many events like the Fair Play Wine Festival
in spring or the Apple Festival in fall.
If all you really want
to do is relax, enjoy the solitude of this beautiful mountain
setting. There is a fabulous wrap-around patio with spectacular
views. Enjoy the private pool, a game of horseshoes, or a short
hike down to the seasonal creek.

Nightly Rate... starting at $150/night (for 2 guests), $25/night
for each additional guest. 1-night stays $300 minimum. 10%
County Tax required. Stay 6 nights, get the 7th night FREE.
Security deposits $100 - $250 (based on number of guests).
Holiday & winery event weekend rates starting at $200
& 2 night minimum required. Note: Until confirmed, rates
are subject to change without notice.
